I  believe in healthy living and fitness. As a single woman with grown children, I have plenty of time to indulge my interests and my work. Like a lot of people in my field...I am also a published novelist! Travel excites me, and while I haven't been everywhere...I've been to many points in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. I find that travel brings exuberance and creativity to work. My most recent trip was to Russia. (pre-COVID!)

Some of the fun things I've done: Spoken in front of a crowd of 40,000 people;

jumped out of a plane at 14,000 feet; climbed Mt. Washington in New Hampshire (6600 vertical feet).

Interests include photography, hiking, biking

kayaking, writing. reading, cooking and

gardening.
